At Top Seller Level, Why Are My Items Not Showing the Badge?
I recently received the top seller status. I received an email and it shows on my account. I have set my listings to free returns where seller pays shipping and one day handling. I did mass edits on my items and all updated except the ones that have current offers on them.
My account says I only have 3 qualifying items - STILL!
I have literally worked on trying to get this correct for days now. I am at the end of my rope on what to do!
Please someone feel free to check my listings and help me.
I would greatly appreciate you helping me before I loose my mind!

Mentor4 months agoI looked as some of your listings and some had free return shipping and some have the buyer paying the return shipping. Only the ones with 30 day free return shipping will show the TRS Plus logo. You may need to manually check your listings and fix the incorrect ones.

OP4 months agoThank you for the reply!! I am unsure why the blank edit did not work, however, I will work on checking each listing as they are about to renew.
To clarify, you can see an item with the ribbon?
