At a loss trying to update my selling account, locked out of selling due to rural mail
I've been selling on & off for a long time (about 20 years!), but the new verification system has locked me out now. Nothing for me has changed, I have the same address, but there's no mail delivery where I live and I have a P.O. Box, so I can't get the system to verify me. I'm wondering if anyone knows of how to possibly find a solution to this, I tried chatting with an agent, but the tip they gave me didn't work (using address of my post office).
