Assistance with "Request your eBay Data"
I updated and verified my email address last week on eBay. I need to request my eBay data in order to document what I paid for some items. Every time that I try to run the report I get the same error message: "Since you recently changed your email address, we can't process your request right now. Please try again later" I was told by AI that it takes 24-48 hours to update. It has been longer than that. What to do now?
