Assistance with Order Refund and Cancellation

I recently issued a full refund for an order, but I forgot to formally cancel it through the eBay system. Iâ€™d really appreciate any guidance on how to handle this situation in a way that wonâ€™t affect my seller metrics.

@dlaguna I just wanted to add that you can go to the sold item and select Sell Similar from the drop down menu next to the item if you wish to relist it>

Cancelling the transaction also refunds. Since you only refund you will now not be able to cancel until the refund clears the buyer's account.
