Assistance with Incorrect International Shipping Charge
Dear Ebay Community,
I am reaching out because I am interested in purchasing an item from a seller within the United States. I am located in Puerto Rico, which is considered a domestic shipping destination. However, the listing is currently charging me an international shipping fee instead of a domestic rate.
This situation has happened to me before, and in that case, the seller was able to make an adjustment so the correct domestic shipping cost applied. For this current item, I contacted the seller, but they were unsure how to make the necessary change and advised me to reach out to eBay directly.
I would greatly appreciate your guidance on how this issue can be resolved. I am very interested in purchasing this item and would also like to understand how to address or avoid this situation in the future.
