asking to change password EVERY time I sign in
EVERY single time I sign in...I get prompted to change my password. I can't sign in unless I change the password. What can I do? I sign in with username and password....then ask to send a text verification.....I then enter the digits for verification....then get prompted to change the password.

Are you using a VPN, hotspot or Starlink network? Any of those might lead to verification issues.
If you are not doing anything odd, perhaps someone else is and eBay is trying to protect you from someone else trying to sign in to your account.
