asking seller about details of item they have listed, and they will not respond to emails
Seller listed a part for a refrigerator and did not give enough details about the part. So I sent an email asking. Day later, didn't hear anything. Sent another email asking. No Response. Another day passes another email asking. No response. I did best offer deal , low knowing they would not accept, and put another request in the message part........Never had a seller like this!!!!!!

Sorry you received such bad customer service from the seller, but the good news is, you found out this is not a seller you would want to buy from before ending up with either receiving no item or one that was not as described. Look for a better seller.
