Asking seller a question about an item they are selling and response.
Is it acceptable for a seller to use only an automated answer system and not have a person respond to a message asking about a product they are selling?

Mentor2 years agoMany high volume sellers do have pre-programmed responses to a set number of questions. I know when I set up my selling account, I submitted answers to a number of questions that ebay had pre-selected.
