Asking for refund
Hi, I recently received an order that arrived in damaged condition. While I do not believe this is the your fault, the package appeared to have been opened and suffered a significant impact on one corner, which affected the functionality of the item.
- The package showed visible signs of being opened and heavily impacted on one corner.- The rear I/O D-sub connectors are non-functional due to the damage.
- I will need to order a new case and have someone repair the unit.
- The analog MIC input card modules are intact and can be salvaged.I would like to request assistance in resolving this issue, whether it be through a partial refund to cover repair costs or another suitable solution. I can provide photos of the package and damage.
Please let me know how to proceed. Thank you for your support.

You should returns the item for a full refund. The seller might be willing to offer a partial refund to cover repairs, but eBay can only force him to accept the return.
Open a return request so eBay can help if needed. The seller can offer a partial refund through the return request.
Go to your purchase history - select return this item. Under reasons select does not match the description, and follow the prompts. Describe the shipping damage in the comments.
The seller has 3 business days to send you a return label or a refund. If he doesn't, or says he can not send a label, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
