Asking for a return (international buyer)

I sold an item. The person paid for it, received it, and accepted it. They wrote me a message stating that they want to return them. My listing specifically said I do not accept returns. This happens to be someone that bought from another country. If this person is "changing their mind" about wanting the item and the item was not damaged, I do not have to accept a return correct?

Depends what reason they choose on return case
