Asking for a refund
Buyer saying he didn’t get my package but USPS said it was delivered 5 days ago. Actually he said he got it but there was nothing in the package. This guy could be scamming me. What do I do?

·3 years agoHave they filed an INAD or just contacted you about it?
If they just contacted you, tell the buyer you can open a mail theft case with USPS and they might want to come and inspect the package.
Then wait to see what they do.
