Asking ebay to step in
I have a return that the seller is being impossible. Ebay mentioned about asking them to step in but there is no tab or directions to ask ebay.

Mentor3 years agoIf you have opened a return request, the seller has 3 business days to respond. After that, you will see the option to ‘ask us to step in’.
If you have not opened a request, do that now - go to your purchase history - select return this item. Under reasons select does not match the description, and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to send you a return label or a refund. If he doesn't, or says he can not send a label, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
