Asking ebay to help with a refund when seller hasn't done so

I returned the item and it was delivered to the seller 4 days ago and he hasn't issued a refund.

If you used eBay's return process and the seller provided a shipping label, you should be able to ask eBay to step in if the seller does not refund you within three business days of the tracking showing that the item has been delivered to the seller.
