Then after 4 business days return to the request and ask eBay to step in and help if the seller hasn't provided a return label or a full refund.
The option to ask eBay to step in will not appear until the 4 business days have passed.

Mentor2 years agoWhat type of case did you file? The seller has 3 days to either upload tracking showing DELIVERED or refund your payment, or accept the return. If neither takes place, on day 4, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, when it shows up.
