Asking a seller questions
It has brought to my attention that if you want to know anything you are interested in buying you will have to go outside of eBay to get your questions answered. When is this okay?!
I just had a conversation with a seller of clothing that I needed help with in measuring because they Didn’t provide this in their description. What I got was “sorry but you’ll have to go to the original vendor and retrieve that info. Really?
we had quite the conversation of a back and forth banter😉. I never engage normally but I’m tired of getting non-answers. Anybody else experience this. I don’t like it.

Mentor3 years agoIf a seller is unable to provide the information you need to make decision about a purchase, find another seller that either has that information in the listing or is willing to answer your question.
If the information is easily available from the manufacturer, getting the info that way may be quicker and more reliable than waiting for the seller to provide it.
