eBay never asks buyers to pay with a gift card.

eBay doesn't even handle payment arrangements on vehicles.

They don't store or ship vehicles.

There's never an inspection period because vehicles can't be returned.

No. Thi is a scam! You need to report the ad to whatever site you found it on because you did not find it on eBay. Do not communicate with the criminal any more.
