Asked for refund. Seller says he can’t refund cause EBay has an inquiry ongoing. What next?
Why can’t I just get eBay to force a refund. It says guaranteed money back.

Mentor3 years ago@lou3711 The seller doesn't understand that the funds are frozen when a return request is opened. The seller has to use his back up payment method for selling costs to refund you. Then once your refund is issued the held funds are released.
Here's what you need to do:
Open a return with the reason doesn't match pictures or description.
