Asked for a refund before window closed

I had a problem with my purchase. I requested a refund but the seller kept trying to fix it. It still doesn't work. Now, the return date has passed. How do I get eBay to step in after the return window passes?

@lejohannsen I am sorry that the seller stalled you out of your eBay Money Back Guarantee. Unfortunately an eBay agent can not extend the 30 day from the date of delivery time limit, if they made an exception for one person they would have to do it for all.

Your only option now is a chargeback with your funding source which will also cost the seller a much deserved $20 chargeback fee.
