Asked by ebay to leave feedback on an item that hasn't arrived.

Question

Part of my order has not arrived. I contacted the seller, and it isn't in stock yet. I am willing to wait, but ebay wants me to leave feedback for this item as it is reported delivered because the other half has been delivered. Is it better to wait for it or should that part of the order be cancelled and reordered when it is in-stock?

@jand11rs Personally I would not take the chance that the seller will get the rest of the order and I'd return the item you received as not as described... missing parts or pieces and receive a full refund. Then if the seller ever gets more stock in you can buy from them again if you wish.

You only have 30 days from the date of delivery to file the case so don't let the seller stall you.
