Ask price
Question, why am I not getting the full price on the item? The buyer is paying shipping and I didn’t get $29.99, Ebay is only giving me $24.58, why is this?

Mentor1 year agoBuyer pays item price + shipping + sales tax. The sales tax is collected by ebay and remitted to the buyer's state. You get item price + shipping less the final value fee. You can then purchase the shipping label from wherever you wish. If you use ebay shipping to print the label, you get a discount.

eBay does charge fees for selling.
Fees are 13.6% in most categories and charged on the item price+ shipping + sales tax that a buyer pays.
Plus a .30 cents transaction fee for items under $10 and .40 cents fee for items over $10

-Sell on a venue that does not charge fees ...
-Additionally, your No returns accepted policy is NOT protection against returns. eBay has several reasons that Buyers can use on the return process that will force you to pay the return shipping and refund in full when you get the item back. Thought you might want to know that now instead of when it actually happens.
