Ask eBay to step in and help
no word from seller for about a week. eBay says they can’t help until feb 11. It’s beyond that and they still won’t give me the option to step in and help. It keeps saying I have to wait until the 12th. It is now the 13th.

-What happened?
-Did you purchase but have not received your item?
-Did you receive your item and it was broken or not as described?
-We have no account access so unless you tell us what happened we are clueless.
