eBay takes up to 48 hours to process a refund on its end. The rest of the processing time is taken by the buyer's payment source.
My credit card company does it within 1-2 days ... but other banks can take up to a full billing cycle for the refund to be seen back in the buyer's account. I recommend you phone your bank and see if the refund is 'pending'.
BTW, we're not eBay ... so have no access to your account to check on financial matters.

Refunds can take up to a full billing cycle to be reflected on a bank statement; contact your bank for further details.
