Asendia shipping, why does ebay use this company for international shipping? I've been told by sellers that it is now required of them.

trustpilot score is BAD, 1.4 out of 5
I reported an item not received within the shipping time frame I was provided, when my purchase was made and they put the case on HOLD for another 10 days! , for "further documentation".
I am getting sick of ebay!
