As seller i listed ebay label as a choice knowing the coin would be nomiaal. The buyer paid for the purchase but I am told I have to pay for ground advantage. I'm losing a bout 20% my sale. How do I fix ?

Mentor5 months agoI believe in order to use the ebay Standard Envelope, the coin has to be $20.00 or less, otherwise, you need to use Ground Advantage.

I understand that this is frustrating.
That's the risk of using an auction on coins likely to sell for just over $20.
eBay Standard Envelope can only be used for coins, and select other items, that SELL for $20 or less.

If I could refund .51 cents to save me $4.25?

Mentor5 months ago@stemcki-7296. Unfortunately you would have to cancel the sale which will not make your buyer happy, refund the buyer, then relist. You would also have to cancel as out of stock and get a defect.
Listing your coins as Buy It Now is the only way to prevent this.
