As seller billed higher shipping price
Charged $50 more for my label by FedEx I entered the correct weight and dimensions. How can I forsee this in the future

Fed Ex is KNOWN for adding surcharges and billing you later. I personally only use UPS and buy the label from Pirateship.com if I have a package that is too large to ship using USPS. Pirateship.com helps you with filing insurance claims if needed and surcharge disputes.
That said you might be a victim of the recent site wide issue with Fed Ex.
Contact customer service and have your account adding to the ticket with this information>
