AS IS Items being returned with No Return Policy
Why does E-Bay charge the seller to ship the item to a buyer and charge them to ship the item back on NO return AS IS sales? This guy is clearly a thief who steals the chip cards from video games and returns junk, what do I do as a seller when E-Bay does nothing, u cannot contact them and the buyer is clearly a thief? I was thinking maybe taking him to court myself as I have photo's of the serial numbers but what a waste of time for a shmuck like this, what do you guys do? I am not wasting my time on complaints and filling out forms the guy needs to go to jail for stealing and that's it.

·2 years agoFYI there is no As is on eBay you are listing your item as used which on eBay means that they are not new but do work as intended.
Maybe list them as for repair or past only

Mentor2 years agoYou can file a police report in the buyer's city and include that with your appeal to ebay. He also can be reported for mail fraud.
REPORT the buyer for abuse of the ebay MBG.
