As Ebay seller am I responsible for international pkg once it leaves the USA shipping destination
Package to Oregon shipping International destination to China destination

·1 year agoYou are only responsible for it being received at the address on the order, so if that was an Oregon destination, it is no longer your responsibility once it shows delivered to that address.
That said, if it was a Freight Forwarder in Oregon (I don't believe eBay has their own facility located there) and a dispute arises, you sometimes have to do some legwork to show that you met your obligation and that the buyer is no longer entitled to the Money Back Guarantee because they had it reshipped.
