As a Seller~ why can I only leave positive feedback for my buyer?
I had a horrible buyer who lied about several things. I tried to resolve the issues but she never responded. She ended up leaving a very negative feedback which wasn’t true. I asked EBay to remove bc it wasn’t true and they said it wasn’t abusive so it remained. I am only able to leave Positive feedback which makes no sense. Why am I limited to only Positive feedback when a buyer can leave untrue feedback? Appreciate any help!

There is no marketplace facilitator that allows negative feedback for buyers. Heck, most of them have no feedback for buyer at all.
Your buyer may not have realized all they had to do was open a return for item not as described and they would have received a full refund. The ‘sale is final. No return, please!’ probably gave the buyer the (false) idea they had no choice but to leave negative feedback.

This is the very reason that eBay no longer allows sellers to leave negative feedback for buyers.
