As a seller I cannot print return shipping label
I am a seller and refunded the purchase price for a return item, but I don't have the option to send a return shipping label to the buyer even though eBay says I should have that option. HELP!

Unfortunately, you are unable to send the buyer a return label because you already refunded. eBay gives you a choice to accept the return (and send a label) OR refund, meaning you don't want the item back.
If the buyer is willing to return the item, you can purchase a label through a website such as Pirate Ship and email it to the buyer. You will have to ask the buyer for his email address to send it to him.
If the buyer is not willing to return the item now (and has no obligation to do so), you'll have to chalk this one up to a learning experience.
