As a seller, I accidentally purchased 2 shipping labels for an item. How do I get a refund for one?
I am a seller and purchased a shipping label for an item. I forgot that I did that and purchased a 2nd shipping label. How do I get refunded for the label I didn't use?

Locate the label, click the down-arrow, click Cancel/void label. You only have 28 days from the day the label was printed.
The USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have determined the label was never used.

OP4 months agoThank you. That's what I did but didn't know it took so long to be credited. You worry whether you do it correctly.
