As a seller how to send a request for a feedback revision that was "positive" but harmful?
The links ebay keeps sending me are dead ends and every phone call placed to them is "outside their business hours" or something.
i think the main issue is the feedback was technically coded as positive.

·1 year agoYou cannot use the normal feedback removal request when the feedback is positive but has negative comments, so the best option is to request a callback or chat.
eBay does not have a phone number you can call directly, but there are several ways to contact them.
