As a seller, how do I delete negative feedback left to a buyer by mistake?
A negative feedback comment was sent to the wrong buyer by mistake.

·2 years agoYou cannot send negative comments to any buyer.

OP2 years agoI understand the feedback still registers with a positive "+" next to it but what I wrote in the comments section is still negative and doesn't apply to this buyer. This is why I need to delete it.
