Buyers cannot have negative feedback unless they have received negative feedback as a seller.

·1 year agoAll buyers have 100% feedback so I'm not sure what makes a bad buyer.

You can cancel a bid but you cannot refuse a buyer's purchase.

OP1 year agoThanks for you help. I am not sure about selling anymore. It's been a long time and it now appears that Ebay is more focused on protecting the buyer instead of the seller. If I list an item as bid only, and don't offer a buy it now option, I can cancel a bid from a questionable buyer?
