As a seller, buyer has not received the item
I sent this item out using a local shipping company the item came back to me the following day due to weight. I repackaged the item using a Different box And was not told I needed to purchase another label so the 2nd package went out using the same tracking. The problem is the tracking number shows delivered (which was delivered on my porch). I have no way of tracking this package and it’s been over a week and the buyer has not received the item and it has not Returned back to me. What do I do in this situation?
