As a Buyer what to do when seller does not pay or provide return shipping when they must.
As a Buyer What to do when seller does not pay or provide return shipping when they must. The item was not as described and they seller does not want to take it back. They sold it as UESD not as Parts or repairs; therefore, it should of worked. They are not providing return shipping, Ebay says they are responsible for doing so but I have a deadline in 6 days to ship it back but no money or label. Thanks

I have already asked eaby to step In, here is what it says.
Send the item backBe sure to send it back by Jul 12. If you don't, we might close your return and there's a chance you won't get a refund. The seller's responsible for return shipping charges, so you can ask for a return shipping label.
I have on shipping label. The seller will not reply, or send label.
