OP2 years agoI see I noticed on the Klarna app it had eBay on it so I clicked and seen the item I wanted to purchase and it went through no problem just wrong address

Mentor2 years ago@adani-7901. I had never heard of klarna. I'll have to do some research and see how it works. EBay may not want their items sold through a third party app.

Mentor2 years ago@adani-7901 Contact the seller and ask if they will please cancel the sale as problem with buyers address. Sellers are not required to cancel no matter how soon you ask.
The seller IS required by eBay to ship to the address that was provided at checkout.
If the seller cancels then they have to refund you, relist, then you buy again and put the correct address in on the checkout page.
Before you buy again update your address in account settings>
Other members have reported that the address correction is not "sticking" unless they do these steps>
ADD a new address and THEN delete the old one in account settings.

OP2 years agoGot it the problem was I purchased through klarna I didn’t have a eBay account and I updated it and I seen it still went through as my old address I had canceled it throw that app it’s basically a credit they gave me and they purchased it for me and a do payments to them

Mentor2 years ago@adani-7901. The seller is majorily violating eBay policy. You should only pay for items on eBay using eBay checkout or you have no eBay Money Back Guarantee protection.
