muchas gracia, hace unos dias compre una camara, me encuentro en colombia, la compre, llego a un casillero y luego la traje a mi paÃs, no fue la referencia por la que pague, aparte de eso llego sin cargador, el vendedor genero una guia para devolver el producto pero como me encuentro en mi paÃs debo primero hacer que llegue a miami en donde se encuentra el casiller, enviarla me sale mucho mas caro que lo que cueste la cámara, le he escrito muchas veces al vendedor pero nunca me responde, el vendedor deveria reembolsar algo de dinero teniendo en cuenta que envió otra camara de menor valor y ademas la envio incompleta, en estos casos no se puede hacer nada ?

Mentor8 months ago@manueparr31 I am sorry but you are not covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee. Reshipping an item voids the eBay Money Back Guarantee. The seller is only responsible for return shipping from the location they shipped the item to. If you ship it back yourself the seller can deny the refund.
