arrived damaged / partial refund ?
after questioning seller on my purchase of an item, the seller sent me the item saying it was good but it arrived broken, I had no control over this I'm issued a partial refund why.

Did you file a Return Request through Ebay's Money Back Guarantee?
If so, what reason did you give and what was the seller's response?
Were you provided with a return shipping label and did the seller receive the returned item?
