Arrived At Shipping Hub - 2 Weeks Ago - No Movement

Question

Hi,I had 2 items arrive at the ebay International Shipping Hub on August 7. It is now August 21 and there have been no updates or movement according to the tracking. How do 2 packages arrive on the same day wind up getting lost? I reported this to ebay and you would think they would open an investigation but no such luck. Anyone else have packages disappear at the Shipping Hub?Thanks!

You are shipping to the hub using domestic tracking. At the hub, they will purchase international tracking with a new tracking number. The Help text says you and the buyer will be updated with the new tracking number, but as I don't use EIS, I'm not sure how. The international tracking number may be added to the transaction in the tracking link and you may have to use the dropdown to select it.

I had that happen too ... the package got to Ill then nothing until weeks later the entire tracking updated ... 4 weeks total delivery time from PA to Canada ... ridiculous to be honest. I can drive to the Canadian boarder in 6 hours ... I know because I've done that many times over the years.
