OP2 years agoThanks for your reply, I first received this a couple of weeks ago, and again yesterday, and I wonder the same thing, why now? I had been looking for a grant, so I wasn't sure if this wasn't a response to that or not.

I don’t recall anything in the past, and I am sure there is nothing being funded by this program now, 15 years later.
Why would you think there is any activity now? Did you get an unsolicited offer? If so, I think you can assume it is a scam.
