arguing a return request from a buye

Buyer is pulling garbage. Stating an item does not match description and I've shown her a million times a screenshot and she wants to return an $8 lipgloss This is a beauty item and i am not taking it I need to show ebay that my description does match. I cannot contact them for nothing. Every number I get does not work. To make matters worse I have to use a relay service to call in for the hearing impaired. help.

You are not going to like my answer.

eBay cannot and will not help you.

If the buyer opens a return request for the reason "does not match description" you cannot fight it.

You have to accept the return, provide a return label and refund when you get it back.

If you try to fight this, eBay will refund the buyer and you may or may not get the item back and you will be given a defect on your account (defects can cause a penalty fee to be added to your account or in some cases, you can be restricted or limited from selling)

eBay is not going to look at your description. They won't hear your arguments or decide one party is right. They will just force you to refund/accept the return.

The buyer is going to get a refund on this. You just have to decide if you want to hold out and force eBay to do it or accept the return and refund the buyer when you get it back.
