Are you abke to use the selling tools to Sell similar or relist items sold over a year?
I was told by the ebay rep that you were able to use this feature under the selling tools. I have tried multiple times in it states. Either the item is already listed-active or the item does not exist. Clearly I can see the item sold sitting there.
Has anyone else's experienced this?And if so, was it ebay getting technical support involved to help rectify the situation?
I had forgotten to save templates of some sold items.
