Are Trading Cards that are $250 or more send to Authenticator if sold internationally?
I sold a card for a bit over $250 recently. It says it will be shipped to an authenticator in the listing. But the buyer is international, and the shipping address is for the eBay international shipping center. So, does buying internationally skip the authentication process for these cards? If so, I feel like I should cancel this order and prevent other items I have from selling this way. Does anybody know?
