Are these deeply-discounted offers of USPS forever stamps a scam?
This page lists several offers of deeply-discounted USPS forever stamps. According to USPS, there are no legitimate sellers of these stamps that offer such discounts--either the stamps are counterfeit, or the offer is simply an attempt to obtain personal information from buyers. Knowing that eBay is a conscientious and legitimate marketplace, I believed this to be worthy of investigation.
An example is given below. Thanks!

They are scams.
Don't buy as they are counterfeit.
