Your listings show that you ask your buyers to pay US Postal Service's (USPS) Ground Advantage price.
When they buy through eBay, they (your buyers) will have to pay the USPS Ground Advantage price shown in the listing.
That price is included in the amount eBay makes available to you as the seller.
YOU may then use that money to purchase/print the USPS Ground Advantage shipping label to your buyer.
"Purchase" means, of course, that you have to buy the shipping label addressed to your buyer.
As far as I know, the US Postal Service will not accept anything for delivery -- no postcard, no letter, no magazine, no package -- without postage having been paid. Letters and postcards, of course, can be sent with postage stamps. Packages will normally have a mailing label or shipping label.
For that matter, neither FedEx nor UPS will delivery anything without their charges having been paid.
