Are there no seller's rights on eBay?
I am more often a buyer than a seller. I made a recent sale and the buyer requested a return saying an item that was new without box was in fact used. eBay has sided with this buyer who is lying about the product. Are there no sellers rights here on eBay? What have been your experiences with eBay not working with you on this matter?
