Are sellers able to recoup the cost of label after Refunding buyer

Question

I Shipped glassware to a buyer and it broke in transit. I quickly refunded the buyer the money for the item plus shipping, but I was still paid for the original label. Ive now paid the shipping twice since I refunded the cost of the shipping. Can i get a refund for the $10? or am i out of luck,

Buyer Paid Item 5.00, shipping $10.00, Seller Paid Print Lable $10.00,

Refund Buyer $15.00 Balance ( -10.00)

File a claim with the shipping company, provide pictures of the damaged item plus packaging. The shipping company might deny your claim if they determine that the item was not adequately packaged.
