Arbitrary Charges With Only 1 Order
I've only ordered one thing from Ebay yet they keep charging my account. I bought a phone for $54.63 and they have charged me 4 additional times. The shipping and tax were included in the $54.63. Here are the charges:

Someone needs to look at your account to see what's happening.
To me, it looks like someone is making additional purchases using your eBay account or your credit card.
