(Aramex) had changed and updated
Hello. I purchased a school bag via eBay; the payment went through, and the bag was shipped to the requested address. However, I was surprised to find that the shipping company (Aramex) had changed and updated the delivery/pickup location. I contacted the seller, but they informed me that the shipment is already en route and there is nothing they can do about it. I am writing to you now in the hope that you can assist and advise me on the steps I should take. Thank you very much. Note: I am not a US citizen and I live outside the United States.
