Aquiline delivery
I purchased an item from a local seller. Turns out the item is coming from another country and they are using Aquiline tracking. Item shows delivered but there’s zero information on what carrier was used nor where it was left. I don’t know what to do. Seller isn’t responding. Can I open a not received case even if this fake tracking shows delivered? TIA
